I’ve only seen the american scene 1 other time so i’m stoked to see them again.
This week we have tweeted a couple times asking people to follow @Regeneratemc a.k.a. Regenerate Music Co. and ask them to give free recording time to a band called Latin For Truth, as part of a contest they are running right now. I want to take a second and explain why this is important:
Last year Latin For Truth released a record called Youth Crew Blues and it was one of the most underrated and overlooked, yet brilliant records to come out in the last ten years. This is a band that has hit spot after spot of rotten, awful, shit luck. What this band has faced would destroy 99% of the bands that exist today, but they don’t complain about it, they don’t cry about how unfair it is, and they never take the easy way out. What they do, is continue to push forward and never take the easy road when it comes to the music they write. I am asking you to go on to your twitter and follow @Regeneratemc and tweet the words Latin For Truth at them because more than anything else, I want to see where they go next, what they write and how great I know it will be. I’m asking, please do this, they deserve so much more.

HEY TUMBLR NERDS LISTEN UP: THIS IS NOT A “CAT SHIRT” IT’S AN AFI RIP OFF. I was told I was one of the first people to ask for it as the afi rip, yet I got the last shirt. I’m not one to be like “know your roots”, hell i’m only 17 and i’m not that familiar with most of my roots, but listen to old AFI please cause they rule.
